Why I love coaching: I love to compete and now that I am older coaching allows me to still be a part of the game. I love seeing a player go through the process, develop and thrive. Coaching to me is about making a positive impact on someone’s life whether it be on the court or off the court.
Favorite Quote: I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed. -Michael Jordan
